Copper Asian or African Face Brooch, Circa 1940's, Similar to Elzac

This is a copper brooch circa 1940's with an Asian or African face, very much in the style of Elzac face jewelry of the time period. I can't find confirmation that this is an Elzac piece, it appears that the Elzac pieces with copper usually had mixed materials. This piece is not marked or signed. The brooch is 2 3/16 inches by 1 5/8 inches. The copper has some natural flaws and also use and wear marks, but no corrosion or tarnish apart from the original oxidized darkened accents. On the back there is a pewter colored spill of solder from the original manufacturing process. The pin and catch works well. A fun vintage copper face piece!
