This piece is fashioned after the one I just received a ribbon for at the largest basketry convention in the country, the North Carolina Basketmaker's Association. My "Ancient Wave" piece took 2nd place Miniature Professional there. I am known in basketry and art circles for my weaving, especially my horsehair pieces.
