• Cardstock and regular papers in letterhead sizes (label paper if making any of the tags as stickers)
• Printer to print PDF file
• Purchased PDF file
• Scissors, glue stick or glue, stapler with staples (for hats) double sided tape and regular tape
• Lollipop sticks if making cupcake toppers
• String (if hanging garlands)
• X-acto knife, cutting mat and straight edge such as a metal ruler (recommended for cutting passport folio and purse)
• Elastic string or ribbons for hats
• Paper bags or clear candy bags for making goodie bags as shown above
• Optional: But highly recommended a 2 inch circle puncher for cutting circle tags for making cupcake toppers
• Optional: Maribu (craft fur) and stick on jewels as accents
