FINAL CLEARANCE - Starry Gothic Lolita Headdress

I'm cleaning out my closet, so clothing items have been reduced!

This headdress is made from blue satin with black velvet stars, reinforced with interfacing and trimmed with two layers of black lace and satin ribbon bows. The ties are made from 3/8" grosgrain ribbon.

The headdress is about 12 inches by 6.5 inches including lace.
The ties are 21 inches each from tip to headdress.
