The condition is pre-owned and excellent. The only thing worth mentioning is that the straps were once shortened about 2", but they can be let back out as they were taken up inside but not cut.
Measurements are taken flat and are of the garment, not the body it will fit. This fabric has some stretch to it. We do not take returns for fit issues.
Straps - 9" and can be let out 2" more
Bust - stretches 30" to 34"
Waist - stretches 29" to 32"
Hips - stretches 34" to 38"
Length - 45" from top of strap to bottom of fishtail hem
