It measures 23" long and 16" tall, there are different sized pockets, 15 rows, so 45 slots/pockets in all. The pockets range in width from 1" to 3", and are 2.2", 6 1/2" and 8 1/2" tall. You have room for all your knitting needles, any kind will fit well.
Also, will fit all sized paint brushes, pencils, charcoal.
It is really super sturdy and well made. Built to last.
