The inside circumference is 8.75". Interior diameter is 2.75", width is .75" (1.125" where the two ends overlap), and thickness is 1/16": this is a substantial bracelet.
Shipping is by USPS First Class Mail and is shown only for the continental US, but I ship worldwide; just convo for a quote to anywhere else.
