Soldered Quilt Pendant - Embroidered Vintage Fabric, Solder, Glass

Unique fiber pendant made from scraps of vintage-look fabrics, carefully pieced, stitched, and embroidered completely by hand. This miniature quilt in bright red and yellow has a flowered eyelet pattern as the focal point, with complementing shiny striped fabric and warm yellow, stitched with contrasting brown thread. Pressed under glass and soldered together to make a one of a kind piece of jewelry that will never be reproduced. The back of the pendant has a brown jersey fabric and silver-plated bail.

Pendant measures 1" square (2.54 sq cm). Done using lead free solder. This piece is NOT waterproof! - if you ever need to clean the glass, apply a small amount of glass cleaner to a towel and wipe clean.
