This scarlet red ruffle dewdrop roses scarf/sash measures 8” (20 cm) wide by 78” (198 cm) long.
I made this scarf by cutting this incredibly soft red fabric on the bias (diagonal) and then I finished the edges along the length with machine rolled hem and zigzag stitching. The selvedge has been left unfinished to create soft fringe ends. Then I fashioned ruffles from glittery red sheer fabric and stitched them at each end to form roses. The sparkly mini gems glisten in the light like dewdrops.
This versatile piece can be worn so many ways - tied, tucked, wrapped, draped – as a scarf or sash! Just the scarf to add fresh color and style to your wardrobe!
Unsure of fiber content as I acquired this fabric from someone else's fabric stash. I believe this to be a poly blend.
Hand wash with mild detergent to enjoy your scarf for years to come. Line dry.
