Nice flared handle and oval shaped top framing a round mirror. It’s hard plastic and measures 8 1/2” high. Good condition with a bit of minor spotting on the mirror, most of it near the edges – shows a very clear view. The plastic handle has one small yellow spot on the heart side and a bit of wear there, too -- nothing significant. I don’t see a manufacturer or country of origin mark.
