I began this design with a commercial pattern but redesigned it to fit closer through the waist. The cap-sleeve shoulders can be worn higher or lower, giving the dress a shoulder-baring look or cap-sleeve coverage.
The price I am listing here includes fabric and supplies. If you want to send me the fabric and supplies (you have a nice knit you have been saving for some special project??), the price will be lower. Either way, every penny you pay for my labor will go to Virginians for Alternatives to the Death Penalty.
