These 3 inch raw brass plates are hand engraved by us in our shop with cool little morse code words and phrases. (Feel free to request a custom word or phrase. I can do anything as long as it fits on the 3" brass bar: http://ow.ly/53gId) Morse Code word is engraved on the back. Scratched for texture, oxidized, and sealed. Vintage inspired steel chain and a hand-formed sterling silver clasp finish it off. Measures: 18"
--->>> raw brass and oxidation will change over time (fade or darken). We really like the natural results. If you prefer a more polished look, no problem---simply take a standard all-metal polishing cloth to the metal and watch as it becomes bright and shiny again.
