Vintage 1960's White Eyelet Romance Dress (XS-S)

This dress is quite the beauty!
White cotton with eyelet trim. The most amazing sleeves. Empire waist and long skirt. Large ruffle at the hem. Fully lined. Back metal zipper. From the late 1960s. Very good vintage condition.
Amazing! Maybe even the perfect wedding dress?!

Measurements
Bust: 32 inches
High waist, just under bust: up to 29 inches
Hips: 44 inches
Length from shoulder to hem: 56 1/2 inches
I'm just under 5ft 4 and I could get away wearing it with flats. In the pictures I am wearing heels.
