My inspiration for this bracelet comes partially for my love of combining copper and pearl as well as building layers from the small to the large. All the bits are nice and simple but as you start to add more and more, a beauty emerges from the chaos that changes every time you look.
Currently the bracelet is 8 inches long (20.3 cm) but can be adjusted as needed. It is meant to be worn slightly loose so that the pearls can move as needed.
Although there are over 64 pearls and a fair bit of metal in the bracelet, it is relatively light weight.
This bracelet is unique and the one in the photo is the one you will receive.
Some care and feeding notes:
Dyed freshwater pearls are relatively soft and their color can fade over time. Intense cleaning is not required but recommend you store the bracelet in a closed box on soft material such as in a jewelry box on velvet.
The copper has been oxidized to give it an antiqued look and will continue to react to factors in the environment.
Bright aluminum will stay nice and shiny and doesn't require much care at all.
I wouldn't take this bracelet swimming or expose it to harsh chemicals but a light wipedown with a soft cloth after wearing to remove body oils is suggested.
