Made from scratch, this halter dress was inspired by a tuxedo top and the rococo ruffled columns on the steamboat gothic homes that abut the Mississippi River and the Holy Cross Neighborhood.
This dress would look great by itself with heels or layered with leggings and sandals or flats and a jean jacket if it gets chilly. Secured at the neck with hook and eye and at the waist with elastic.
Made to fit all sizes, please include your bust and waist size with your order.
This dress is available in white/black,white/white,white/blue and white/red stripes.
