Makes a gorgeous and functional blanket for the crib, when swaddling, or in the play pen. But don't hesitate to use it outside the nursery...in the stroller, on your lap, on a picnic or at the beach...And it's totally one of a kind.
*This blanket is unlined, which means: there is no stuffing or poly-fill between the 2 (front and back) layers. Thought it's still quite hearty, it's a lighter blanket than your average quilt.
It's made up of a collection of pre-washed vintage cotton pieces ( front), and a yellow and flowery piece (the back). A pink cotton running stitch (done by hand, NOT machine) has been sewn throughout.
