Full size pattern pieces you can print at home and get this project started right away. My new favorite tote will be yours too. I can hardly wait to make more of them in different color and fabric combinations. The black and white combo shown in the pattern is stunning. The black and white damask print is from Michael Miller and the solid is a cotton duck.

Fully illustrated instructions include zipper closure for a tote you will truly use everyday. This is a fairly easy and quick tote. Much faster than a traditional cathedral quilt for sure.

Dimensions:
16" wide at the top
11" tall
4" deep at the bottom
Strap drop is 11.5" you can adjust this by lengthening or shortening your handles. I like it this way, so I can carry on my shoulder, in my hand, or on my arm.

I was always curious about cathedral quilts and loved the look of them. When I read the instructions in my quilting book for how to do it, I thought "No way will I ever have time to do one of those." One day an idea struck me about how to put it together in a different way. After much experimentation and many hours of hard work (that I enjoyed) I have created this tote pattern as a fun and simple way for you to enjoy the fruits of that idea.
