This dress was created after the white Regency ball gown worn by Keira Knightley in the 2005 version of Jane Austen's Pride & Prejudice movie. From the swag cross over front to the small puffed sleeves this dress is a very close replica of the original. It can either lace up or button up the back. The dress features a fully lined bodice with ruffled organza ribbon surrounding the neckline. The skirt is doubled. The light airy shantung fabric floats beautifully around the wearer. The short puffed sleeves are created from chiffon and gathered to a thin shantung cuff. Each armhole is hand whipped stitched for a finished look. This beautiful Regency Era gown makes a perfect wedding gown, elegant ball dress or feminine formal garment.

Dainty embroidery along the waistband sash and princess seams of the back can be added for $50 to further embellish this gown.
