Our Almond Nougat is made in the French Style, which means it's softer than Italian Nougat (Torrone). We use only the best all natural ingredients. We use raw almonds that we toast ourselves so that we can achieve the perfect flavor. It is flavored with pure Tahitian Vanilla.
Our Almond Nougat is soft and sweet with a delicious toasted almond accent. It will be love at first bite. Vous aimerez notre nougat.
All of confections are made in small, two pound batches. They are cooked, hand-poured, hand cut, and hand wrapped. This is very labor intensive process. Your order will take between 7 to 15 business days to complete (not including shipping time).
You'll receive a 1/4 pound of French Almond Nougat. You will get 1/4 pound bar wrapped in parchment paper, they are labeled and finished with a lovely paper raffia. We are a green company, for more information please see our profile..
All of our ingredients are local, all natural and organic (whenever possible). We don't buy anything that they wouldn't sell at Whole Foods Market.
