The 2 1/4" x 3/4" pin is in the shape of a long leafy branch with 5 pronged "buds" etched from semiprecious stones in the Egyptian scarab design, so popular in the 50's.
The maker's mark on back reads "1/20 12K GF" and has a bar clasp fastener.
This beautiful brooch is in excellent vintage condition.
