I measured this while lying flat.
Waist - 28 inches
Bust - 34 inches
Hips - 38 inches
from the waist to the bottom - 26.5 inches
This would probably be like a small or medium.
I looked over this dress and found a discolored area along the back zipper that is smaller than a pea - and I really had to search to find it - it is not obvious! There is a small dot of discoloration on the back of the collar (see photo) and another one on one of the sleeves. I also found that the dress has some fading along one of the sides. Probably the side that faced outward while hanging in the closet. But also not terribly obvious. This dress shimmers and sheens in the light so the slight imperfections do not detract from the overall integrity of the gown. One of the ruffles has come untacked from one of the shoulder straps. This could easily be tacked back on with a needle and thread. Now, I know I've rattled on about several imperfections, but honestly, upon first glance, you don't see any of these flaws.
I took this dress to a friend who has been dealing in vintage and antique clothing for 20 years and was told that this dress should be characterized as 'excellent' condition and appropriately priced at $249.
This is coming from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
I am not a vintage clothing expert, so please convo with any questions if I've failed to mention anything!
