Banner has 9 flags, each about 7 inches long, sewn into an aqua blue grosgrain ribbon. Entire string is approx. 8 feet long, including at least 15 inches of ribbon on either end for hanging. Flags are double-sided so bunting can be viewed from either side.
Can also be strung on red ribbon. Just convo me.
