Measurements: 34" bust and 35" waist. Excluding the straps, this is 24.5" long with 14" slits on each side of the skirt.
Material: silk and lace
Condition: this is an antique garment, and very delicate. It would be wearable with caution, but might be better served as decor or for study. That said, this is in impressive condition for it's age; the only flaws are a 2" place where the lace at the waist has come loose from the silk (this is on the back of the garment), a 2-3" pull on the bottom back of the skirt, and, beneath the pull, a pale brownish stain.
