Here is what is special and different about this pattern:
**The finished bag has a perfectly flat bottom that measures approximately 5.5" wide by 2" deep.
**This pattern features a front exterior pocket with a snap closure that is perfect for folding money, credit cards, or gift card.
**The other wonderful thing about this pattern is that the lining has no bottom seam, making for a very strong bag that can hold a weeks worth of parking meter change. (Parking meters in Spokane are not as expensive as Seattle or San Francisco, so "mileage" of change will vary.)
If you are looking for a cute bag to make for gifts, try this. I think it will be a big hit! Wouldn't it be great filled with cosmetic samples, lip tints or nail polishes? How about full of change for the friend who always gets parking tickets? Gift cards are nice too, tucked into the front pocket. I hate to say this because I don't smoke, but it is a good size for cigarettes.
