syn-es-the-sia n. Physiol. A neurological condition in which sensation produced at a point other than or remote from the point of stimulation, eg. Seeing a color from hearing a certain sound. This occurs from the crossing of cognitive pathways in the brain. (fr. Gk, syn = together + aisthesis = to perceive).
In one common form of synesthesia, known as grapheme → color synesthesia or color-graphemic synesthesia, letters or numbers are perceived as inherently colored while in ordinal linguistic personification, numbers, days of the week and months of the year evoke personalities.

he original illustration is only 3 x 4 inches however the reproduction has been enlarged to 8 x 11 inches and is professionally printed onto archival German Etching paper. The paper is very thick (380gsm) and beautifully textured. Though this is a reproduction, the subtle bleeding of the paper makes this print look strikingly like an original. Because the paper is archival, it will literally last a lifetime before fading.
Packaged with cardboard backing for protection. Includes white boarder for framing. Signed and dated by the artist (that's me!)
