Hester is approximately 8 inches with a coffee-dyed muslin body. Her face is handstitched with 2 tiny black glass beads for her eyes. Hester's hair is handsewn with a dark pumpkin orange thread .
Hester is dressed in a very Autumn brown plaid homespun. Her bloomers are sewn from muslin. Her stockings and shoes are painted on. Her srunched up and stiffened hat is coffee dyed and sanded black fabric.
Her companion, Hocus Pocus the Black Cat is sewn from black fabric that has been coffee stained and lightly sanded. His face is handstitched and I've added two glass seed pearls for his eyes. A tiny bit of coffee dyed cheesecloth has been tied on for a collar.
Hester is holding a large handmade pumpkin. The pumpkin has been painted and coffee-dyed. The quilted leaf is sewn from dark green homespun and coffee-dyed. The stem is made from a stick and there are several tiny rusty wire tendrils around the stem.
