There’s more than one way to “see” that painting hanging on the wall. Some see a peaceful view and nothing more. Others see outlines of abandonment and traces of cruelty. Still others see things that would never enter into my mind or yours. But that’s the beauty of perception and a gift that can be explored and shared.
The Perception’s Spectrum necklace is constructed from sterling silver with the focal being a pendant I formed and forged by hand into little bubbles melting into one another. Kind of like one’s perception being enhanced by another person’s… Sterling silver cable chain is the anchor and is adjustable giving you the option to wear this necklace closer to the neck like a choker or a little longer. After oxidizing the sterling, I brushed selectively to give the surface more light and shadow to dance with.
Gorgeously rugged, lightweight and versatile, definitely an everyday piece!
