This is an example of two of my NEEDLE FELTED DOG SCULPTURES. I can make a DOG of any breed, color, or coat. I specialize in long hairs, but I love making short haired also. If you love this example, I can create one that is similar if you like.

~~~HOW TO ORDER YOUR PET PORTRAIT~~~
If you'd like to order a specially made sculpture of your pet or favorite breed or animal, just:
1) purchase one of my custom listings and click on "contact gfelted" in the right column.
2) A few photos emailed to me and your sculpture will be created from the photos.
3) when your PET PORTRAIT is finished, I will send you photos for your approval.
SIGNED:
Your PET PORTRAIT will include a Photo Certificate of Authenticity signed by me. Also your sculpture will be initialed by me on the underside.

~~~WHAT IS NEEDLE FELTING?~~~
Your PET PORTRAIT will be needle felted. This is a labor intensive art form where wool is sculpted into a shape with a single barbed needle! I use high quality fibers such as wool, silk, mohair, alpaca, llama, angora and camel down. I choose what ever fiber best matches your pets fur color, texture, and shine. Sometimes I have fiber custom colored just for your pet! I sculpt a special nose for your sculpture and I use German glass eyes.
My sculptures are usually 4 to 5 inches. They are POSEABLE and have the cutest little pawpads! They are created in a non-smoking studio.
I get so much joy from creating these precious sculptures and from the joy that they bring to others. Many people have tears of joy when they get their PET PORTRAIT SCULPTURE, and they can treasure it always. These sculptures are not toys, but works of art made for the discerning collector.
