Neck and Chest closes with Velcro to allow for some adjustment in size.

Recommended for Maltese, Yorkie, Chihuahua, puppies and other small breed dogs approximately 4-6 pounds
Small
Neck 8-10 inches (20.32cm - 25.4cm)
Chest 11-14 inches (27.94cm - 35.56cm)
Recommended for Lhasa Apso, Pomeranian, Shih Tzu, puppies and other small breed dogs approximately 6-8 pounds (3-4Kg)
Medium
Neck 10-12" (25.4 - 30.48 cm)
Chest 14-17" (35.56 - 43.18 cm)
Recommended for Bichon Frise, some Terriers, puppies and other small dogs approximately 10-12 pounds (4.5-5.4 Kg.)
