Howlite and Turquoise cabs surrounded by blue and pink seed beads, shells and pearls and two silver mermaid stampings, one embedded in the beadwork and the other hanging in the fringe.
Collar has a 17 1/4 inch diameter to fit comfortable
the front is 7" (18cm) long including fringe and 6 1/4" (16cm) wide and the widest point.
It's backed in navy ultrasuede.

Worn by Queen Lizette during all the High Celebrations.
