For Falkon, I drew on my love of the costumes used in the Lord of the Rings movies, elf sketches by Tony Diterlizzi, and my hours spent playing in the woods as a child. My brother and I tried out Falkon's bow and arrows before they were attatched to him - they really do work! (though I don't reccomend playing with them)
Falkon stands posed (with the help of a doll stand) with his elven bow in his hand and his arrows on his back. The art doll's hair is made from yarn fibers and feathers, and he wears a leather vest, belt, and boots, green cotton cloak, and bark-patterned clothing. Faux leaf jewls accent his clothes, and a tree pendant holds on his cloak. Cloth and leather sleeves protect his arms; the longer sleeve is connected to a bronze arm band.
Falkon's doll size arrows are made of bamboo, faux leaf jewels, and feathers. Faint leaf patterns decorate his leather vest and quiver, and his name is spelled out in Tolkien's elvish script on the leather grip of his bow.
