this ring symbolizes dark masquerade balls and opera masks, victorian elegance and dark beauty. it also reminds me of the deep catacombs in paris, filled with bones and lit by low light.
if the darker ring represents the winter persephone spends in the underworld, this ring represents her return above ground when the weather warms and the plants come alive again in the spring / summer.
