Vintage White Ethnic Off the Shoulder Dress

Great vintage dress made by Miss Dira New York. 65% poly, 35% cotton- made in the USA. Pretty striped material with lace trim and matching white belt. Elastic neckline which can be worn on or off the shoulders. Very good condition. It is tagged a vintage size 11/12- seems to be roughly a modern day medium but can fit a variety of sizes. Please see the measurements to determine an exact fit.
