I have made these completely by hand - the clouds are my design, and I have cut and finished them, before soldering the earwires onto the back. The clouds come with a brushed finish.

The little clouds measure a petite 1.5cm / just under 1/2 inch wide, and hang 3cm / 1 1/4 inches long.
