The Bluebird Rosette Fascinator was made from Sky, Sea, and Lilac Fancy Felt hand-cut petals that have been folded into tiny origami rosettes, then appliqued to stay in a neat little bunch. Six hand-cut Moss Fancy Felt leaves complete the beauty of this exquisite adornment. The hairpiece stays in place with a hidden black elastic band, encircling the head, which fits most.
