This decorative gourd basket is in the shape of a pear. It is dyed tan on the outside and painted pear green on the inside. Long leaf pine needles are stitched around the basket opening with artificial sinew. The inside and outside of the gourd are sealed with polyurethane for durability and water resistance.

This would be the perfect dish to hold your keys, spare change, or jewelry.
