Seahorse bodies are created for an ambling type of motion, not for speed. Also, the body of the seahorse has also not evolved since inception, a symbolic reminder of being content with who you are, instead of constantly trying to change.
This collage was created on a repurposed wooden block (it was originally used in a store display)that measures 4" x 6" x 1". I used several different kinds of papers including hand painted tissue, xeroxed fabric, and recycled gift wrap.
This item would look great on a little easel or propped on a shelf, as shown (collage only included in sale)
