This vintage kimono fabric is a gorgeous silk jacquard with a mix of rust, rose and dusty plum colors. These pictures simply don't do it justice!! When I ordered this fabric I had no idea it would be so sublime! This wrap around blouse can be worn with denim or dressed up with a lovely pencil skirt or summer shorts.
Blouse wraps around the back, has side slit opening to keep the garment well fitted under your bust. Very low back detail - wear it with your favorite lacy bra to show off your strap or grab yourself one of those low-back bra converter straps that just clip on to your bra. I swear by this magical bra attachment! Just google "low back bra converter" and you'll see what I mean. Also looks great worn with a pretty camisole to cover your back for a more conservative look. The fabric is light to medium weight and drapes beautifully!
This top, in this print was available in limited editions and were down to the last one! It is made from specially sourced vintage kimono silk and comes in one roll that is 14" wide. That gives this designer enough fabric to make only 2 or 3 blouses from each roll!

All vintage fabrics are pre-washed! Easy to care for this blouse can be hand washed in cold/warm water and hung to dry. (Or dry clean for best results) Iron at low/medium setting with a little steam and you're ready to go! (Garment: 100% silk) Trim: 100% black rayon

As mentioned above the colors are a mix of rust, rose and dusty plum colors with a black contrast waist band and waist sash. The sleeves are also finished in a black bias binding detail. Colors may vary slightly from computer screen to computer screen but the photos are quite accurate.
