Smooth black cardstock has been folded and punched with a heart shaped punch. A smaller scalloped heart punched from damask floral paper is adhered to the front, and the inside is smooth white cardstock with room to write a personalized message. These can also be made into hang tags - just let me know in the Message to Seller when checking out if you prefer this option, and I will hole-punch and add string (your choice - black or white) for no additional charge. I also have other string colors available - just send me your preference and I mostly likely will have it! The cards will otherwise be shipped as shown.
