If you are seeing my butterfly designs for the first time; I create them by transferring real butterfly (and some other moth/insects wings too) images onto organza (and now silk also) fabric.It is my very much original and unique technique.
The ORGANZA ones are sheer through the layers, so when the butterflies clustered they each take patterns and colors from each other. SILK ones have more solid and bright colors, they pop more! Both designs have their own unique look and feel to them. So it is up to you to go with the look you like.
This listing is for a SINGLE EARRING, I designed them to be worn as a single accessory, though please let me know if you like to have a mix match pair. All the photos are samples for your reference as far as the different lengths, color combination, and kinds of butterflies. Some have all the layers in silk and some are mixed with organza.
Another thing makes these butterfly earrings different than my previous ones is; I've done some photoshop magic on some of the butterflies. You can see some wings have a scene of nature (blue sky, trees and flying birds) within the silhouette of a butterfly. I think that adds a great interest to the design. I've also used gold framed acrylic spacers in different colors on these ones, they are very charming!
PLEASE NOTE WHEN CHECKING OUT;
1. If you like to have kidney style earwire (long hoop like ones) or do you prefer regular french hook earwire. Kidney earwire comes in antique copper and silver tones. French hook ear wires are available in sterling silver and 14k gold plated.
2. Colors; I pretty much have every color available, so please let me know what combo you like. All the butterfly samples are numbered on the photos so you can use them as reference.

Kidney ear wire ones are around 4"-4 1/2 long (10-12cm)
Hook style ear wire ones; 3"-3 1/2" (8-9cm)
