Birdhouse dimensions are appropriate for tree swallows, wrens, & warblers. We can make the entrance hole slightly larger for finches.
Small sign out front is customizable. Please send a message with your order if you want a specific sign, otherwise we will choose one from our collection.

2) Saying (Welcome, Home, Tweet Home, a last name, etc).
