The journal is 21.5 cm (8.5 inches) tall and 13.5 cm (5.25 inches) wide and has 50 lined pages. Covers are reinforced with card stock. The pocket inside the cover is 11.5 cm (4.5 inches) high and 10.5 cm (4 inches) wide. The journal comes with two blank, self-sticking name tags so you can personalize the journal. Journal also comes with 3 hand-twisted paper clips: a swirl, heart, and square.
