Made from over a 100-150 yards of the best quality soft tulle from the USA. 3/4 inch elastic waistband will stretch with your child as they grow. Tutu length is 23 inches (can be customized shorter). Can be made into a dress with ribbon tie halter straps. Tutu can be sewn if preferred.
This tutu can be done in colors to match your wedding. Please contact me for more info. If I do not have the color in stock, I can order most colors.
Additional embellishments also can be added...flowers, sequins, rhinestones, ribbon.....for an extra charge.
