Lovely vintage stamp dispenser. This piece keeps your stamps readily available at your desk, and doubles as a paperweight. The base has a felt bottom (to protect your table top), and the top canopy is made of brass. The finial easily screws off to allow you to replace the roll of stamps. In great vintage condition.
