This French School Girl Cardigan knitting pattern has simple knitting techniques and somewhat more advanced construction techniques. Photos are of the second iteration of this cardigan -- I have worn out the first prototype this past winter due to nearly continuous wearing through the Maine winter. I love a cardigan with pockets!

You will need about 1200-1400 yards of worsted weight yarn. I strongly recommend a wool yarn or one with some substantial wool content. This version is knit with Peacefleece which is a merino/mohair blend and a Maine sourced yarn.
