This unique and naturally aged goddess was featured in a former life as a decoration for a very old belt. She measures 2"x2"and has a softly glowing 8 mm pearl right in the middle of her stomach and a tiny rhinestone in her forehead. Oh, look -- she has wings. Can she be Isis? The whole design looks very art nouveau to me. There are 4 more tiny rhinestones in the leaves at the bottom and two not-quite-as-tiny on each side of the pearl. The rhinestones are all present and accounted for and have not dimmed with time. The lustrous pearl is a little chippy, attesting to its age.
The 19" brass chain is from a vintage necklace and is naturally tarnished by age.
Two inches up the left side of the chain are a bead-capped crystal and a small faux pearl. The necklace is closed with an antiqued brass lobster claw catch.
