Beautiful pin in great condition. I think it's made of a hard plastic, painted in silver and gold tones. It is backed with a metal flower-shaped piece with the pin attached. There is some wear to the edges of the petals, but this adds to the beauty of a vintage piece like this. As you can see from the pictures these very tiny wear marks do not detract from the pin.
