Navy blue dress with white lace around the collar, and tiered white lace on the skirt. This dress looks great worn either on or off of the shoulder. Elastic waist, and elastic collar/shoulder. Dress is made of a lightweight polyester/cotton blend, and is in excellent condition.

Bust: up to 38" (96.4 cm)
Waist: 19-36" (48.3-91.3 cm)
Hips: up to 42" (106.6 cm)
Length: about 43" (109.1 cm)- varies slightly depending on whether it is worn on or off the shoulder.
