This classic romantic skirt tutu is two layers of black tulle over two layers of ivory tulle with a double-faced wide black satin ribbon waist. The bottom tutu is fully lined in ivory bridal satin as a full circle skirt. This versatile tutu skirt closes with a ribboned waist and secure hook. You can tie this wrap tutu top skirt on the side, front or in the back in a bow or overlapped.
