Up for your consideration today is Blooming Sweetness! Here name is Miss Blooming Betsy and she is a Back Porch Pickins Original and will arrive signed and dated.
Miss Blooming Betsy is about 16.5 inches tall, from the tip of her ears to the bottom of her little painted shoes.
Miss Blooming Betsy has tons and tons of detail! Miss Betsy's eyes are Real German Glass eyes and if you look into Miss Betsy's eyes, she looks as if she has a soul. She is just precious. Miss Betsy has separate stitched on eyelids, my needle felted muzzle and a floss stitched nose and lil whiskers. I have blushed and shaded her face for depth, character and sweetness.
I made a pretty lil bow with a flower, for Miss Betsy's head. It is removable and is held in place with two decorative pins.
Miss Betsy has lots and lots of hand stitching on her. Here dress is so very Whimsical and has finished edges, with different trims, hand stitched all the way around. Miss Betsy's ears are wired, as always for posing and repositioning...as is her arms.
The bottom of her dress is finished off with a pom pom trim that is slightly wired. Here pantalets has ric rac, hand stitched in place as well. So very pretty!
Miss Betsy's shoes are painted and have lil flowers.
Miss Betsy has pretty little flowers that I have made for her, for her to hold in her little decorative flower pot. The flower pot is held in place with Betsy's wired arms and also two decorative pins poked through and into Betsy. The flowers and pot can be removed, if you wish. I made a lil BLOOM banner, that is just stuck into the flower pot.
